How to Book a Session
New Customer
NEW CLIENTS
IF YOU ARE COVERED THROUGH THE WALMSLEY EFAP PROGRAM
IF YOU HAVE COVERAGE THROUGH ANOTHER PROVIDER, OR ARE PAYING FOR SESSIONS YOURSELF
If your employer offers coverage through Walmsley’s Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), the first step is to call Walmsley to request services. Their toll-free number is 1-800-481-5511. They will open a file for you and then forward your contact number to us. We will then follow up with you to discuss your needs and get you booked with a counsellor as soon as possible (typically within a week).
If you are a self-paying client or have coverage through a provider other than Walmsley (e.g., First Nations Health Authority, ICBC, RCMP, or Veterans Affairs), you can call us directly at (236) 331-6106 to book a session.
